ok seriously, school is starting to become less fun and more annoying. can i be a doctor yet? goddamn im getting to old for this stuff..

I finally got around to taking someone off of my watch list. he has been on there for a while, and the first time i saw his stuff i thought it was cool. that was a long time ago. since then, others have copied his style and driven it into the ground (he himself didnt start it, he just was good at what became VERY overdone in time.) a lot of my watch list is copied all over DA. why did i remove this guy and nobody else?

because he never tried anything else. image after image after image: same thing. same colors, same shapes, same EVERYTHING. and people love it. he gets tons of views, faves, etc. after seeing like 30 of these damned things pop up in my watch list, i just started to roll my eyes and delete them without looking. right before i axed him, i checked to see if those i skipped were anything new. nope, not a single one. why am i writing this, you ask? because i think that people like this guy (lets just say he makes lots of colorful things with shadow-outlines of people and LOTS of hearts everywhere) who have a chance for exposure should USE IT WISELY. he became the DA equivilant of reality TV: the same thing repackaged again and again simply because people (the DA analogues to reality TV audiences) eat it up.

DONT STAGNATE, PEOPLE! sorry, i had to rant.

somebody PLEASE explain to me why so many people are completely obsessed with drawing pregnant anime and other cartoon characters. there are some galleries that are completely full of the stuff! has the world gone mad?!?

I just cleared lots of the shittier stuff i have done outta here. Eventually, it'd be nice to be proud of my gallery i gotta start putting the better stuff up, but a lot of it is embarassing for other reasons. I gotta start making public-friendly art, i guess.

So, as I have said in my appropriate deviation, I am not all that involved here. Still, as I read more and more, and as I find screenshots of writing that has since been deleted, I sense that something is not right here. This Jark thing has really turned thousands of people sour. All that it would take is making some info available so the people of DA wont feel so alienated (no pun intended) over this whole thing. Some people have lives that revolve around this place and the interactions that have spawned from it. This needs to be realized by someone high up, soon. The rest of us want to get back to the way things were. I dont like all the negativity.

I will be submitting something on Aug. 7th.
